Susan Wilkerson
Susan Wilkerson is the Grants Branch Manager for the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security. She was formerly associated with the University of Kentucky's Martin School of Public Policy and Administration, where she administered mitigation grants for the Kentucky Division of Emergency Management. Susan holds an MPA from Troy State University in Alabama, and a bachelor's from Cumberland College. She and her husband Dan live in Versailles.

Michelle Beeler
Michelle Beeler is the Senior Financial Officer for the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security. Michelle has more than 21 years experience in state government and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and an AAS in administrative services. Prior to joining the office in May 2008, she was employed with the Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet and the Commerce Cabinet. She resides in Frankfort with her family.

Jason Childers
Jason Childers joined the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security in March 2008 and works as a Grants Manager in the Grants and Finance Division. Jason received a bachelor's in accounting from Transylvania University and a master's degree in international relations and diplomacy from the University of Kentucky. In addition, Jason has a professional background in accounting and insurance underwriting. Jason lives in Frankfort.

Holly Downey
Holly Downey joined the team in January 2007. She works as an executive assistant to the Grants and Finance Division of the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security. Other duties include co-managing the Law Enforcement Protection Program. She brings with her five years of financial experience she received working for a bank in the Shelbyville community.

Brandon McKinley
Brandon McKinley joined the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security as a Grants Manager in April 2012. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps after graduating high school in Hinesville/Fort Stewart, Ga., in 1997. Brandon started his family before deciding to go back to school and now has two young daughters. He received a bachelor's degree in political science and a bachelor's in history (teaching) from Eastern Kentucky University in May 2010. From there, he began working for the Cabinet for Health and Human Services as a Family Support Specialist. Brandon currently lives in Richmond.

Liles Taylor
Liles Taylor joined the Grants and Finance Division as a Grants Manager in April 2012. He earned a bachelor's degree in media communications from Asbury College, where he served as a vice president of the student government, played varsity soccer, worked as sales manager for the college radio station, and hosted a weekly radio show. He also holds a master's degree in public administration from Morehead State University, where he served on student congress and was an assistant coach for the Rowan County High School boys soccer team. Liles served as a commissioner for the Kentucky Commission on Community Volunteerism and Service from 2009-12.
