From time to time, the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security receives notifications from the various course providers (in-state and out-of-state)regarding the availability of seats in their training courses. These availabilities usually occur because applicants have cancelled just prior to the start of a course. Course providers will also seek out agencies to host cost-free training courses.
